  • Timing plays a critical role in access and quality. To ensure access to the region’s most sought-after venues and partners, we recommend 9–12 months for weddings and 6–9 months for corporate events. However, we do accept select engagements on shorter timelines when our schedule permits.

  • We provide end-to-end stewardship. This includes venue procurement, budget management, vendor sourcing, floral and decor design, logistics, and on-site production. We act as your lead advocate and project manager through every phase.

  • Absolutely. We specialize in working with out-of-town clients. We act as your local eyes and ears, managing everything from site visits and rentals to transportation and guest itineraries so you can simply show up and enjoy.

  • Yes! We actually prefer to be involved early. We can help you identify and secure the best wedding venues, private estates, or conference centers in the DC area that specifically match your vision.

  • While many clients hire us for full production, for clients who have an established plan in place, we offer focused coordination services designed to provide professional leadership and seamless execution.

  • Yes. We occasionally plan destination weddings and corporate retreats outside the DMV area.
